1. The site is for entertainment only.

Slot Luck Club (“we”, “us”, or the “Site”) provides social casino-style games for entertainment only. • You cannot cash out, withdraw, sell, transfer, or exchange virtual coins or any in-game item.
• You cannot take part in sweepstakes, contests, raffles, drawings, prize promotions, or any equivalent mechanic on the Site.

3. Virtual coins are non-redeemable entertainment credits.

Virtual coins, chips, credits, bonuses, and other in-game items (“Virtual Items”) are licensed to you for entertainment use only and remain our property. Virtual Items have no cash value and cannot be sold, transferred, withdrawn, exchanged, or redeemed for cash, prizes, gift cards, cryptocurrency, or anything of monetary value. They are not money, e-money, a stored-value instrument, a security, or a financial product. They give you no ownership interest in Slot Luck Club. Balances may be reset if you clear browser data, because play progress on this static site is stored locally on your device.

4. You never have to pay to play.

No purchase is required to use the Site or to obtain Virtual Items. We may describe optional virtual credit packs in these terms so the rule is clear if they are offered later. Any such purchase would be optional and would buy only additional virtual entertainment credits with no cash value and no redemption right. The Site does not currently offer a checkout. Purchases, if introduced, would be final except where the law requires a refund (including applicable UK consumer law).

5. 18+ only.

You must be at least 18 years old to access or use the Site. By entering, you represent that you are at least 18 and that your use of the Site is lawful where you are. Access may be refused in jurisdictions where it is prohibited.

6. Account and conduct.

You are responsible for activity under a profile you create on your device. You agree not to obtain Virtual Items by fraud or automation, sell or transfer a profile or Virtual Items, misrepresent your age or location, or use the Site in violation of law. We may suspend access for abuse of these Terms.

7. Audience and restricted territories.

The Site is intended for adults in the Australia. We may refuse service where location information indicates a jurisdiction in which access is prohibited.

8. Intellectual property.

Game names, layout, text, graphics, and the Slot Luck Club name are owned by the operator or its licensors. Demo games are provided by third-party studios under their demo/practice terms. You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive licence to use the Site for personal, non-commercial entertainment.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability.

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We may update these Terms. The date above shows the latest revision. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised Terms.

11. Governing law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and the courts of New South Wales, Australia have non-exclusive jurisdiction, except where a mandatory consumer protection rule in your part of the UK says otherwise. Replace this sentence with your counsel’s preferred venue before launch if needed.
